The Graduate Diploma – Counselling (GDC) is an 18-credit online graduate program. You must complete at least 12 credits through Athabasca University.
You will participate in paced learning activities that require completion of course work on a fixed schedule. You should plan to devote a minimum of 15 hours per week to each course.You can finish this program in as little as 1.5 years of full-time study or take up to 3 years to complete all requirements.
If you successfully complete the diploma program, you may apply to ladder your coursework directly into the Master of Counselling program.
