In preparation for the Graduate Students Research Conference (GSRC), the Write Site will host a webinar on delivering engaging and effective conference presentations. Designed to help students prepare their pre-recorded poster presentations or PowerPoint submissions for the GSRC, this session will:

• Explore the benefits and opportunities that come with presenting at a conference.

• Demonstrate how to design and deliver an effective poster presentation.

• Discuss strategies for creating an engaging presentation, developing a strong slide deck, and presenting with confidence.

Participants will leave with practical guidance for planning, creating, or refining their conference materials and a clear strategy for delivering a presentation that captures their audience’s attention.
